Iranian Animation Film “Paper Flowers” Competing in Kazan International Film Festival

The short animation" Paper Flowers," directed by Ramak Amin Kazemi and produced by Documentary, Experimental, and Animation Film Center (DEFC), has been selected to compete for the main awards of the XX “Altyn Minbar” Kazan International Film Festival.

According to the Public Relations department of Documentary, Experimental, and Animation Film Center (DEFC), “Paper Flowers”, is about a successful writer, who fails in her second work, and to make up for it and create a new work, she goes to a large abandoned mansion in a garden to start her new book far from the city and family.

The Kazan International Film Festival, “Altyn Minbar” has been held under the motto “Through the dialogue of cultures to the culture of dialogue since 2005.

The festival will take place in Kazan from September 6 to 11, and 10 films from Iran, Argentina, Russia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, Egypt, India and Oman will be screened in it.

“Paper Flowers” is distributed by the International Department of Documentary, Experimental, and Animation Film Center (DEFC).
