“Granny and Fish” Screening in the United States

According to the Public Relations Department of Documentary, Experimental and Animation Film Center (DEFC), the documentary animation “Granny and Fish” directed by Maria Mavati and Ehsan Farokhi Fard was selected for the competition section of the 22nd edition of Big Sky Documentary Film Festival in the United States.
The 22nd Big Sky Documentary Film Festival will be held from February14th to February 23rd 2025 in Missoula, Montana, USA. The winner of the Best Mini-Doc and Best Short Documentary categories of the festival automatically qualifies to compete for a Documentary Short Oscar the following year.
