Korbat Travels to Brazil
The short animation “Korbat” directed by Niloufar Naderi Tehrani (produced by DEFC), entered the competition section of the AnimArte Festival in Brazil.
As reported by the Public Relations department of the Documentary, Experimental, and Animation Film Center (DEFC), the 18th edition of Anim!Arte will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil! Korbat is a production of DEFC.
Korbat is the story of a man who has been unable to cope with the loss of his wife. He avoids facing his grief until an accident forces him to confront it in order to save his daughter's life.
AnimArte is an international festival of animated films made by children and youth, and made for children and youth. The festival will run from October 20 to November 24, 2025.
